Due to several unfortunate 3d program crashes I haven't gotten much further on the project, now I'm working on the Aerial Landing Field.   Here is is, the finished version:    And a taste of things to come:  Here is the aircraft, 95% finished.   Also doing some head modeling (never done it before).
Working on a secret project, involving the Flying tank and this aircraft.  Finished version of the Ka-17 "Letayushchiĭ Tank".  Another update on the progress of my Ka-17 "Letayushchiĭ Tank".  My models only seem to get crazier and crazier. Here is a WIP preview of my current project, the Ka-17 "Letayushchiĭ tank" (Flying Tank):    Click on the pictures to enlarge.   These two pictures above are CGI created images of prototype aircraft based upon the K-7 (Kalinn 7). The name "Flying Tank" (Letayushchiĭ Tank in Russian) is something I started calling it, it's fictional name is Ka-17.
I don't know if this aircraft actually has flown for real but I totally love the crazyness of this plane and it's now my nr1 favorite. As you can see, there is still much detail left on my model but I hope that I will finish it eventually. Here is another Sub Division work, this is a WIP version of the SR-100 Bluebird (based upon the SR-71 Blackbird.  Sorry, that I didn't write more but my computer is giving me a hard time. Work takes ages now...
